President Biden will nominate America’s first Black woman Supreme Court Justice. This opportunity will give us a chance to see America’s racism as it occurs. America was a racist country from its inception and is still racist enough to be very effective at hindering black people’s full participation in the American experience. Rather than work to eliminate its racism, the vast majority of this country’s efforts are to eliminate the appearance of white people being racists, not stopping the racism itself. This is because this country subsists on a steady diet of anti-black racism and ending that racism will starve part of America’s national character.
Being that Supreme Court Justice is such a powerful and influential position, Biden’s attempt to nominate a Black woman to our nation’s highest Court will bring a lot of comfortably hidden racism to the surface. We can recall how Barack Obama becoming President made America realize that many of its white citizens harbored racists sentiments that they never exhibited absent a black man seizing this country’s highest seat of power. In America, power is for White men so placing another 1/12th of the Supreme Court judiciary into black hands, and a female at that, upsets America’s intended balance of power. Additionally, the thought of two black Justices on the Court signifies black advancement and a checkmate by Democrats against Republicans, who hedged their ideology in the Supreme Court by appointing Conservative Black justice, Clarence Thomas to occupy Thurgood Marshall’s, black seat. Clarence Thomas’ appointment tacitly barred another Black justice because Democrat racism would not permit a second. Ever since Thomas filled Thurgood Marshall’s seat, neither Democrats nor Republicans have attempted to nominate another black person to the court. No one has ever had to mentioned the silent one black person limit on the Supreme Court because limiting Black participation in Democracy is inherent and second-nature to America. Nominating a Black woman to the Supreme Court goes against America’s ethos and will disrupt unlitigated American social nuance. This attempted advance in power will smoke the racists out, so to speak. Pitting America’s inherent drive to make white people not look racist against its opposition to black people gaining power will yield some entertaining and insightful realizations about this nation’s true character versus its postured, superficial prevailing truths.
This is a living, breathing blog post that will document America’s hard task of practicing racism while hiding the appearance of it. It will be filled with many Americans of all types carrying out America’s agenda of limiting Black participation in the Democratic experiment. We will experience, in the same acts, non-racist America practicing racism while attempting to avoid realizing or being responsible for it; it will be an epic psychological conundrum played out in real time. I suspect the expression “1/6” will come into usage at some point because that is the fraction of Black judges that will be on the Supreme Court if Biden successfully nominates a Black woman. I will follow each addition to this post with commentary on what is actually happening. So without any further ado, here we go:
ABC begins riling up the base with a tweet reminding Americans that white people that black people are about to gain a bit of power. The 76% of Americans against Biden only considering Black woman nominees want to steer this power towards a decision based on America’s default choice, white men. Being the default human group in Western society, white men don’t have to be specified to get the exact same treatment President Biden is giving to Black women right now regarding this Supreme Court pick. To understand this better, one must look no further than the NFL, which hires the “best coaches.” In reality, they hire the best white male coaches and this system needs no specific reference to function as such. ABC’s emphasis on what “America wants” is them exploiting the status quo. It is similar to taking the same poll in 1963 about integration. America is reliably anti-Black and fixing this problem means going against America’s contemporary cultural maxim like Joe Biden is currently doing.
2/28/2022 Biden Announces Kentaji Brown-Jackson as his Supreme Court Nominee
Biden announced Kentaji Brown-Jackson as his Supreme Court nominee on February 25th. She seems extremely qualified based on reports and since she’s been through multiple confirmations for lower courts one would imagine her Supreme Court confirmation would be pretty uneventful. Or so it seems. I’m contending that the Senate will give her trouble despite attempting to draw water from a dry well. Absent any yet undisclosed controversy or Mrs. Brown-Jackson’s past not being what media are reporting it to be, America will soon have two Black Supreme Court justices. An element that will help get Judge Kentaji Brown-Jackson nominated is the fact she has a large Law Enforcement presence in her family. She was also a Public Defender, which in the ‘hood we call “Public Pretenders” because they do everything but defend you. It seems they actually work with prosecutors to make you take plea deals regardless of actual guilt. I never encountered a good Public Defender during my brushes with the law in my youth. Neither did any of my friends. But I have heard of really good ones who are willing to go against the grain so let’s hope that Mrs. Brown-Jackson is one of them. Mrs. Brown-Jackson also has an uncle who has served time in jail. I have no idea what this could have to do with her but I expect Conservatives to harp on it like they do with Hunter Biden, who, by the way, isn’t Joe Biden.
When the President Biden made this historical announcement, he stood between two powerful, utmost intelligent and capable Black women. Had their husbands been on stage there still wouldn’t have been one black man present. Doug and Patrick get my respect for having married my sisters but it must be noted that the seats of American power closely resemble 1980s and 1990s America, where government offices showed a preference for hiring people that didn’t threaten White men’s ability to produce more White men; they steered clear of straight black men. Let’s keep in mind that White Male Supremacy is a system designed to keep black men away from white women. The vast majority of complaints during America’s overt lynching days were about black men violating white women. In fact, the event that lead to White men burning down Black Wall Street was a White woman startled by a black man bumping into her evolving into a claim she was sexually assaulted. The point is this, when America calls for more Black people in power you can be assured that they will pick the ones who least threaten White Male Supremacy. Black women with White husbands fit that bill perfectly.
Overall it was a good day in America and Judge Kentaji Brown-Jackson’s nomination is a huge step for America. It isn’t an indicator that the race problem is over, as many White people will begin to say in the months to come, but it is progress. I look forward to seeing her confirmation and the sparks that will fly behind the reluctance to add another black person to the court. I will continue to report on this as the process unfolds.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson feels “America has a right to know what Judge Kentaji Brown-Jackson’s LSAT (Law School Admissions Test) scores were.” This is the test that gets prospective lawyers into law school and from there they get legal training. Why would an LSAT score matter after the person has graduated law school and practiced law to the point of becoming a Federal Judge? It doesn’t. In truth Tucker Carlson raising this issue is nothing more than a racist grasping at any resource he can exploit. If this nominee were a White Conservative male whose LSAT scores were sought by liberals, I could imagine him emphasizing that the LSAT takes place before a person receives their legal education. As I said before, racists practicing racism while simultaneously trying to hide it makes for good entertainment.
